Bulandshahr-Khurja Master Plan-31: Township launched at a distance of just 18 km from Jewar Airport as per the wishes of CM Yogi
A few months ago, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath approved the Bulandshahr-Khurja Master Plan-31, setting the stage for the expansion of Bulandshahr.

The Yogi government is making dedicated efforts to bring development to smaller districts, integrating them into the vision for a 'one trillion dollar economy' by expanding cities under Master Plan-31. As part of this, the Khurja Industrial Township has been launched in Bulandshahr, just 18 km from Jewar Airport, with registrations beginning on November 11.
This initiative by CM Yogi, will elevate Bulandshahr’s ODOP products to global markets and open new opportunities for entrepreneurs. The 80-acre township, developed at a cost of ₹430 crores, will provide entrepreneurs with modern amenities such as warehouses, workshops, community centers, nursing homes, daycare facilities, weighing machines, and boarding lodges. This project is expected to yield over ₹25 crore in revenue for the authority.
A few months ago, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath approved the Bulandshahr-Khurja Master Plan-31, setting the stage for the expansion of Bulandshahr. In line with CM Yogi's vision, the 80-acre Hi-Tech Khurja Industrial Township has been launched just 18 kilometers from Jewar International Airport, aimed at supporting large and small entrepreneurs, especially those involved in ODOP products.
Dr Ankur Lathar, Vice President of the Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority, confirmed the project’s launch and highlighted its strategic location on the Delhi-Aligarh GT Road, just 18 kilometers from Jewar Airport.
The township includes 82 industrial plots ranging from 500 to 3,500 square meters, priced at ₹20,000 per square meter, along with 9 warehouse plots of 5,000 square meters each, and 12 commercial plots ranging from 300 to 2,500 square meters at ₹40,000 per square meter. Designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, the township offers a range of advanced facilities, including a 700-square-meter workshop, a 1,800-square-meter community center, an 850-square-meter boarding lodge, an 800-square-meter nursing home, an 850-square-meter weighing station, and a 600-square-meter daycare center.
Other essential services such as an electric substation, police post, sanitation facilities, STP, fire station, and a waste management center will also be available, along with a 1,200-square-meter green belt for environmental sustainability.
Registration for interested entrepreneurs opens on November 11 and will continue until November 30. In line with CM Yogi’s vision, 10 percent of the plots have been reserved for ODOP entrepreneurs from Bulandshahr (producing electric insulators, pottery, and sugar) and for women entrepreneurs.
