Ballia- E Company of Bihar Special Armed Police 18th Battalion was going to Siwan Bihar by private bus from Dehri on Son Rohtas for peacekeeping and Diwali, Chhath festival duty on 29 October 2024, but on 30 October, Police Station Bairia Around midnight near Chand Diyar Petrol Pump under the areaIt went out of control and crashed.In which 29 soldiers were injured, out of which 10 soldiers were referred to Sadar Hospital Ballia for treatment. The remaining 19 soldiers are being treated at the Community Health Center Sonbarsa Bairia. Everyone's condition is said to be normal. Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer reached the district hospital, met the soldiers undergoing treatment and the concerned doctor and inquired about the condition of the injured and also talked to the soldiers in this regard.
